Opkey invites you to join its fast-growing e-learning Team in India, as Product Trainer. As a Product Trainer . The role involves developing, coordinating, and conducting training sessions for client and internal teams to ensure effective use of finance modules within Oracle/Workday.

Job Description:

• Conduct online training sessions for Opkey customers and employees for multiple Functional/technical areas.


• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, gaps, and learning objectives.


• Prepare training materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and other supporting documents.


• Lead hands-on workshops, one-on-one training, and support sessions to reinforce learning.


• Stay updated with Oracle/Workday updates and enhancements to keep training materials current.
  
  Skills required for the role:


• Bachelor’s degree in any field


• Certification in Oracle modules is highly desirable.


• Proven experience (2+ years) delivering SCM module training in Oracle environments.


• Strong understanding of SCM and accounting principles, especially as they apply within Oracle ERP systems.


• Excellent ability to explain and convey complex technical topics in an easy-to-absorb way.


• Have sound knowledge of learning theories such as adult learning principles.


• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results
