Position: Oracle Functional UAT & Regression Analyst

Location: Chennai - Hybrid/Onsite

Shift Timing: 3.00AM to 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Engagement Type: Full Time

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional UAT & Regression Analyst to plan, execute, and manage user acceptance testing and regression testing for Oracle Fusion applications. The role focuses on functional validation, quarterly release impact analysis, and coordination with business users to ensure high -quality production releases.

Key Responsibilities:

UAT & Regression Testing

Create and maintain test scenarios and detailed test cases
Perform quarterly Oracle Fusion release impact analysis (NFS, opt -ins, feature changes)
Plan and execute UAT and regression testing cycles
Validate and retest defect fixes in coordination with technical and functional teams
Track testing progress, defects, and resolutions

Business Coordination & Sign -off

Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders
Support business validation and formal sign -off for releases
Prepare test summary reports and quality metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion functional testing
Hands -on expertise in UAT and regression testing methodologies
Experience analyzing quarterly Oracle Fusion releases (NFS / opt -ins)
Defect management using tools like Jira, ALM, or similar
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
