Oracle Fusion ERP Financial Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Financial Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials for a Japan implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for delivering Oracle Fusion Financial solutions, including Japan localization, intercompany accounting, and multi-currency processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials.
  
• Configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
  
• Implement Japan statutory localization, including Japan Consumption Tax (JCT), Qualified Invoice System, Withholding Tax, Zengin Payments, and ERRL.
  
• Configure Intercompany Accounting and Multi-Currency (USD/JPY) processes.
  
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, prepare functional design documents, and support business process workshops.
  
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and HyperCare activities.
  
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial solutions.
  

Required Experience

• 6–9 years of Oracle Cloud/EBS Financials implementation experience.
  
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.
  
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
  
• Experience with Japan or APAC localization is highly preferred.
  
• Experience in global Oracle Cloud implementation projects is an advantage.
