Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant

Durapid Technologies is a Microsoft Data & AI Solutions Partner and Databricks partner delivering enterprise software, Data & AI, and ERP consulting to clients across India, the US, the UK, the Middle East, and Singapore.

We are hiring an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant to work on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support engagements for our global client base.

What you will do

• Own functional design and configuration across Oracle Fusion Financials modules — GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax


• Run requirement-gathering workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and produce BR100, MD50, and functional design documents


• Configure Chart of Accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, and Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules


• Drive data migration using FBDI and ADFdi templates, including validation and reconciliation of loaded balances


• Build and troubleshoot reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio


• Lead CRP1, CRP2, SIT, and UAT cycles; prepare test scripts and support business users through sign-off


• Manage cutover activity, go-live, and hypercare, and coordinate with Oracle Support on SRs


• Assess quarterly Oracle release updates for regression impact and communicate changes to the business


• Work alongside technical and integration teams (OIC, REST/SOAP) to close cross-functional gaps

What we are looking for

• 5–6 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience, with at least two full-lifecycle implementations


• Deep configuration knowledge of a minimum of three core modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM


• Strong command of Sub-Ledger Accounting, accounting rules, and period-close processes


• Practical experience with FBDI data loads, including debugging failed loads


• Working knowledge of BI Publisher and OTBI report development


• Understanding of Fusion security — roles, data roles, and provisioning


• Solid accounting foundation: R2R, P2P, and O2C process understanding


• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable running client-facing workshops


• Willingness to overlap with US, UK, or Middle East client hours where required

Good to have

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification


• Exposure to Procurement, PPM, or EPM (FCCS / EPBCS)


• CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) background


• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Application Composer extensions


• Prior work on international rollouts involving multi-currency, multi-GAAP, or localisation requirements
