Job Description - Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Finance, Procurement & Inventory)

Position: Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Finance, Procurement & Inventory)

Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid

Engagement Mode: Full Time

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role: We are looking for experienced Project Manager with strong hands -on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end -to -end ERP rollouts with expertise across Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules. This is a client -facing, in -person role based in Chennai, with the expectation to drive successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
Work hands -on with Finance, Procurement, and Inventory modules
Coordinate cross -functional teams including technical, functional, and business stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership.
Serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders and implementation teams.
Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management throughout project lifecycle
Prepare for and support post -implementation phases, including the upcoming EPM rollout beyond the initial 8 -month scope

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager
Strong functional knowledge of Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules
Demonstrated success in at least two full -cycle Fusion ERP implementations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to work onsite in Chennai and engage with cross -functional teams
PMP / Prince2 or Oracle Project Management certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
