Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

Durapid Technologies is a Microsoft Data & AI Solutions Partner and Databricks partner delivering enterprise software, Data & AI, and ERP consulting to clients across India, the US, the UK, the Middle East, and Singapore.

We are hiring an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to build integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions across Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations for our global client base.

What you will do

• Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — orchestration and app-driven flows, adapters, connections, lookups, and error handling


• Develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FR Studio — data models, SQL queries, RTF and Excel templates, bursting, and scheduled delivery


• Own data conversion using FBDI, ADFdi, and HDL, including template preparation, load execution, error debugging, and reconciliation


• Consume and expose REST and SOAP web services for inbound and outbound integrations


• Build extensions using Sandboxes, Page Composer, Application Composer, VBCS, and Groovy scripting


• Write and tune SQL and PL/SQL against Fusion tables and view objects, and work with BI Cloud Connector (BICC) extracts


• Configure and troubleshoot Fusion security — roles, data roles, BI roles, and role provisioning


• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare cycles alongside functional teams


• Assess quarterly Oracle release updates for regression impact on custom objects and integrations


• Raise and drive Oracle SRs to closure

What we are looking for

• 4–6 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion technical experience, with at least one full-lifecycle implementation in addition to support work


• Strong, demonstrable OIC development experience — this is the core requirement, not a nice-to-have


• Proven BI Publisher and OTBI report development, including complex multi-table data models


• Practical FBDI or HDL conversion experience, with real examples of debugging failed loads


• Solid SQL and PL/SQL, and comfort navigating Fusion table structures and view objects


• Working understanding of at least one functional pillar — Financials, HCM, or SCM — enough to talk to business users without a translator


• Clear communication; able to work directly with client stakeholders


• Willingness to overlap with US, UK, or Middle East client hours where required

Good to have

• Oracle Cloud Integration or Fusion Technical certification


• VBCS or Oracle APEX application development


• Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)


• OCI, ATP/ADW, or exposure to broader Oracle PaaS


• HCM Extracts and Fast Formula, if HCM-aligned


• Experience with CI/CD or version control practices for OIC artefacts
