Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Consultant with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining reports to support HR business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

  
  


• 
  

  Create HCM extracts and customize reports based on business requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform report testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with functional teams to gather reporting requirements.

  
  

Required Skills:

• 
  

  Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of Oracle HCM data models and SQL.

  
  


• 
  

  Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
