Our team is spread across GSE Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune and Chennai Locations.

We are hiring for Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with 4+ years experience

Job locations - PAN INDIA (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai Kolkata, Pune, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Gandhinagar, Kerala, Trivandrum)

Mandatory Skills:

· Minimum 5years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules

· Should have at least 2 Implementation Experience as a Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.

· Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

· Should have done to end to end implementation for two or more of the below modules

o Fusion Time and Labor

o Fusion Comp and Ben

o Fusion Payroll

o Fusion Absences

o Fusion Securities

o Fusion Core HR

o Fusion Talent Modules

o Recruit & Learn

· Should be able to write Fast formulas

· Should have good communication and presentation skills

· Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
