The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Oracle Human Capital team you will lead a dynamic team delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for US clients. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business development, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to shape the future of HR operations through innovative Oracle Cloud technologies, fostering an environment where both people and technology thrive.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Human Capital Management, Information Systems, or related
- 16 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
