Our fast-paced environment and dynamic global Finance and Accounting department is eager for a mover and shaker to step into this role and become an integral part of our team.About the roleWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Analyst to play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) System. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Oracle HCM System, analyzing technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Oracle HCM, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.You will also:System Analysis and Troubleshooting:Conduct in-depth analysis of technical issues related to the Oracle HCM System and provide timely resolutions.Collaborate with end-users, IT teams, and vendors to identify and address system anomalies and performance issues.Configuration and Customization:Assist in the configuration and customization of the Oracle HCM System to meet business requirements.Work closely with developers to implement and test custom solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.Data Management:Support data integration efforts and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the Oracle HCM System.Develop and implement data management processes to maintain data quality and consistency.User Support and Training:Provide technical support to end-users and assist with problem resolution.Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance user proficiency with Oracle HCM features.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and issue resolutions.Generate reports on system performance, user feedback, and key technical metrics.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Communicate technical concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.Assist in implementing and monitoring security measures to protect sensitive employee information.About youBachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in HCM systemsYou must have experience in:1. Build, test & deploy Oracle HCM configuration changes2. Build formulas, rules & logics within core HR module3. Management quarterly platform upgrades4. Build new integrations (or enhance existing integration) between Oracle HCM and other Apps5. Data & Platform Security6. Data management & reporting (technical)7.
