Summary:
Oracle HCM OTBI developer would be responsible for understanding the requirements from the BA / Business users and develop reports on Oracle HCM Cloud for all the modules.
Should have strong technical knowledge in developing Oracle Fusion OTBI & BIP Reports.
Should have minimum functional knowledge in the below Fusion Modules -
Oracle Core HR
Oracle Learning
Oracle Recruiting
Compensation
Absence Management
Oracle Talent Management
Responsibilities:
- Strong technical skills to develop OTBI & BIP Reports in the above modules.
- Should have knowledge of Fusion OTBI security.
- Should have knowledge of creating Dash Boards in OTBI.
- Should be able to schedule the BIP reports using delivery options like FTP or Email.
- Ability to work independently with Business Analyst.
- Ability to create test data in the fusion modules required for unit testing.
- Should have knowledge to create the technical design document and UTP for unit testing.
- Should participate in Report design meetings with Analyst and provide best technical solutions.
- Should be serve as the go-to subject matter OTBI & BIP reporting & Security expert for the Oracle HCM Modules.
- Knowledge of DevOps for updating the support tickets. Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentations) and inter-personal skills.
