Oracle HCM Payroll Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Payroll solutions. The role involves end-to-end solution architecture, payroll configuration, retro processing, costing, reporting, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Payroll solution design and architecture.


• Configure Payroll Costing, Eligibility, User Defined Tables, Balance Initialization, Balance Creation, and Payroll Relationships.


• Design and optimize Fast Formulae, Retro Processing, Calculation Value Derivation, Object Groups, and Status Processing Rules.


• Configure OPTE Address Change Notifications, Reporting, and Approval enhancements.


• Support HCM Data Loader (HDL) for payroll element uploads.


• Develop Payroll Costing, Retro, and Address-related workstreams.


• Create and customize payroll reports, dashboards, notifications, alerts, and pay slip templates.


• Prepare functional and technical design documentation.


• Perform configuration, build, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.


• Develop and execute test scripts and produce test execution reports.


• Lead cutover planning, Hypercare, and post-production support.


• Deliver final functional and technical project artefacts.
