Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands -on expertise in ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Core HR, and Absence Management. The consultant must be highly skilled in requirement gathering, configuration, solution design, client interaction, and end -to -end HCM Cloud implementation.

This role requires working in the North American shift, engaging with global stakeholders, and managing delivery across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional delivery across ORC, Core HR, and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  

• Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional solution designs.
  

• Perform module configuration and end -to -end setup activities.
  

• Support data migration activities and validation during transitions to Oracle Cloud.
  

• Manage setup migration from non -production to production environments (DEV → TEST → PROD).
  

• Work on implementation project cycles — CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
  

• Collaborate with cross -functional stakeholders across global teams, especially North America -based clients.
  

• Manage functional delivery with minimal supervision and strong ownership.
  

• Handle multiple parallel tasks in a fast -paced environment.
  

• Participate in meetings aligned with NA time zones.
  

• Travel as required by business engagements.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.
  

• Strong hands -on expertise in:
  

  • ORC (full recruitment lifecycle, job requisitions, job offers, approvals, configurations)
    

  • Core HR (HCM structures, workforce structures, person management, employment flows)
    

  • Absence (accrual plans, absence types, eligibility, fast formulas—preferred)
    

• Extensive experience in:
  

  • Full -cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
    

  • Requirement gathering & functional documentation
    

  • Data migration and validation
    

  • Setup migration between environments
    

  • Test planning, SIT/UAT support
    

• Strong understanding of HR processes, business flows, and cross -module interactions.
  

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management, especially with NA teams.
  

• Ability to work independently and handle client -facing engagements.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to additional modules like Talent, Compensation, or OTL.
  

• Understanding of quarterly Oracle Cloud patches & regression testing.
  

• Experience integrating HCM Cloud with external systems.
