Job Description - Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Support -L1/L2

Oracle Fusion HCM functional support consultant with strong expertise in ORC (Recruiting Cloud) and Talent Management modules, including goal management, performance, career development, and succession planning.

Skilled in issue troubleshooting, configuration, and enhancement support, with experience in FSM setups, BPM workflows, and quarterly patch impact analysis. Good exposure to HCM data extraction (HCM Extracts), reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), and integrations using REST APIs/OIC, ensuring seamless data flow across HR, payroll, and downstream systems.
