Oracle Mantas (AML Transaction Monitoring) Trainer / Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Mantas AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Transaction Monitoring Trainer / Consultant to deliver hands-on, technical and techno-functional training on the Oracle Mantas platform.

The ideal trainer should have strong practical implementation experience with Oracle Mantas Transaction Monitoring, including Mantas architecture, FSDM, data ingestion, datamaps, Scenario Manager, scenarios/rules/patterns, thresholds, batch processing, alert generation and ECM integration.

This is not a generic AML, Oracle FCCM or compliance training requirement. The training must be specifically focused on the Oracle Mantas technical platform and implementation/configuration aspects.

Trainer / Consultant Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Mantas, preferably in AML Transaction Monitoring implementations.
• Strong experience in Oracle Mantas technical implementation/configuration.
• Proven experience working with Mantas architecture, FSDM, data ingestion and datamaps.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Scenario Manager, scenarios, rules, patterns and thresholds.
• Experience with Mantas batch processing and alert generation.
• Experience integrating Mantas with ECM / Enterprise Case Management.
• Should have worked on at least one or more end-to-end Oracle Mantas AML implementations/upgrades.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Ability to explain complex Mantas technical concepts using practical examples.
• Prior experience delivering Mantas training, knowledge transfer or technical workshops is highly preferred.
• Ability to provide live demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
