The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Oracle Lead to Revenue team you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business needs within Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of compensation strategies and solutions. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge, enhance your personal brand, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative sales compensation solutions.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and implement Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure project success

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

- Support clients in optimizing their incentive compensation processes

- Mentor junior team members and share exemplary practices

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies

- Develop documentation and training materials for end-users

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud CX modules

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud

- Designing and configuring applications for business processes

- Understanding credit, rollup, and classification rules

- Developing and testing compensation plans end to end

- Enabling automated reports and dashboards using OTBI

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for solutions

- Leading a team of developers
