Oracle OTM Technical-Functional Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Technical-Functional Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure advanced OTM Workflow Agents and business processes.

• Work extensively with OTM Data Model, XML Schema, configurations, and architecture.

• Design and develop OTM integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.

• Perform performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technicalfunctional solutions.

• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver quality solutions.

• Contribute to process improvement and successful end-to-end implementation.

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience.
• Strong knowledge of OTM configuration and architecture.
• Expertise in Workflow Agents, Data Model, XML Schema, and Integrations.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience.
• Experience with performance tuning, scalability, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
