The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of PLM solutions, combining deep functional knowledge with technical proficiency. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.\n\n* * *\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud PLM solutions, including:\n * Requirement gathering and analysis\n * Solution design and development\n * Testing and deployment\n * Configure and customize Oracle Cloud PLM modules, with a focus on:\n * Product Development (PD)\n * Product Data Hub (PDH)\n * Implement and enhance Redwood UX/UI features within Oracle Cloud applications\n * Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy PLM systems, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation\n * Develop and maintain technical components such as:\n * SQL queries\n * Stored procedures (PL/SQL)\n * Oracle APEX applications\n * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions\n * Provide ongoing production and non-production support, including:\n * System monitoring\n * Troubleshooting\n * Performance optimization\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nRequired Qualifications \u0026 Skills\n\n * 7+ years of strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM with both technical and functional consulting experience\n * 5+ years of proven experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud PLM solutions\n * In-depth knowledge of:\n * Product Development (PD)\n * Product Data Hub (PDH)\n * Redwood UI/UX features\n * 5+ years of hands-on experience in data migration from legacy systems\n * 5+ years of strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data models and database structures\n * Proficiency in:\n * SQL and PL/SQL\n * Oracle APEX development\n * Experience in system support, monitoring, and troubleshooting across environments\n * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\n * Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\n\n
