Oracle PL/SQL + Postgres Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers 


• Design and optimize database objects (tables, views, indexes) 


• Perform query performance tuning and troubleshooting 


• Handle bulk data processing and data migrations 


• Implement exception handling, validations, and database security practices 


• Support application integration and production issues 

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, joins, subqueries, analytical functions, Table Partitioning) 


• Proficiency in PL/SQL (functions, procedures, packages, cursors, collections, triggers, views, Materialized Views) 


• Experience in performance tuning and query optimization using Explain Plan, AWR reports, TKPROF, and SQL Trac and query rewriting and optimizer hints


• Good understanding of database design concepts

• Experience with PostgreSQL
