Position: Oracle Reporting & Analytics Consultant – Technical

Location: Chennai - Hybrid/Onsite

Shift Timing: 3.00AM to 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Engagement Type: Full Time

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Reporting & Analytics Consultant to design, build, and optimize reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion reporting tools. The role focuses on hands -on development and enhancement of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), with responsibility for report accuracy, reconciliation, and performance tuning within the reporting layer.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Reporting Development

Build, enhance, and maintain OTBI reports and analyses
Design and develop BI Publisher reports, including data templates and layouts
Create and enhance Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards, where applicable
Develop reconciliation and audit output reports to support business validation
Perform report performance tuning within the reporting layer

Support & Maintenance

Fix report defects and support enhancements
Support testing cycles (unit, UAT, regression) for reporting deliverables
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure reporting accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher
Hands -on experience in data models, SQL, and report layouts
Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards (preferred)
Understanding of reporting performance optimization techniques
Ability to reconcile data between source and report outputs
