The SCM Solution Architect is responsible for designing and
overseeing the implementation of Oracle SCM (EBS & Fusion) solutions to
meet business requirements. The role ensures that all SCM processes are
effectively mapped to Oracle SCM modules while maintaining compliance,
scalability, and best practices. The Solution Architect acts as a bridge
between business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and ensures the
optimal use of Oracle SCM suite capabilities

Qualification Required:

• 12+
  years of overall experience in Oracle SCM with a minimum of 6+ years of
  hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud
  
• Minimum
  of 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud
  
• Must
  have hands-on experience working in Oracle EBS SCM
  
• Experience
  working in both Managed Services and Implementation projects
  
• Strong
  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
• Ability
  to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
  
• Oracle
  certifications in SCM (Architect, Implementation Specialist, etc.) is a
  plus
  
• Experience
  in large-scale, global SCM cloud deployments
  
• Excellent
  verbal and written communication skills
  
• Experience
  with integrations to ERP, OM, or external logistics systems
  
• Familiarity
  with supply chain analytics and reporting tools
  

Key Responsibilities

•  In-depth
  understanding of core SCM processes and modules like Manufacturing, Planning,
  Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics (Shipping and
  Transportation Management) and Cost Management
  
• Analyze
  business requirements and translate them into scalable, robust Oracle SCM architectures
  
• Lead
  architecture design sessions and solution reviews
  
• Partner
  with business leaders, users, IT, and project managers to define
  requirements
  
• Oversee
  and guide the configuration, integration, and customization of Oracle SCM applications
  
• Ensure
  alignment of solution designs with Oracle best practices and
  organizational standards
  
• Design
  integration strategies between SCM Cloud and internal/external systems
  
• Plan
  and oversee data migration activities from legacy SCM systems to Oracle SCM
  
• Ensure
  system design and configuration adhere to regulatory, data privacy, and
  security requirements
  
• Maintain
  system documentation, architectural diagrams, and governance standards
  
• Monitor
  industry trends and Oracle SCM Cloud product roadmaps to recommend
  optimization opportunities
  
• Identify
  and drive process improvements and automation initiatives (Embedded AI,
  Agentic AI)
