Oracle Solution Architect - E2E Implementation

Key Result Areas:- Managing the Projects of Oracle and related systems- Work on implementation and support of Oracle Fusion, EBS and OCI- Responsible for Solution Architecting and Project Delivery as per plan- Onsite and Offsite - Organization building covering Resources pyramid (Managing Delivery structure - Program Managers, Project Managers & Consultants)- Interaction with Client acquisition team for validation of solution overview and effort estimates- Managing empanelled vendors for required skill set at optimal cost- Being part of Steering Committee and first level of escalation- Prospect interactions and confidence building for delivery.- Managing knowledge repository and reusable components from projects- Inputs to Customer acquisition team as case studies/white paper- Enterprise Project Management entry updates and reviews- Resource utilization and efficiency- Ensuring team is enabled with skill building in latest technology enhancements.- Customer Management and Annuity Business- Customer Satisfaction Index- Adherence to GITL quality process and procedures- Manage P/L and financial parameters of business including driving team for outstanding collectionJob Description:The incumbent is expected to manage a team of consultants and closely work with them for achieving the delivery on time. Able to support project leaders for developing project Plan with technical scope and objectives of the work, staffing, scheduling with key milestones and deliverables, budgets, risks, contingency plans and how to allocate available resources. Take care of Customer Relationships along with the Program/Project Managers by attending reviews and Project closure meetings. Make sure billing is done on the deliverables and money is collected. The incumbent is responsible to motivate the team of consultants and closely work with the Business Head for achieving the targetsREQUISITE QUALIFICATIONB.Tech/BEMBAREQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE- 10+ years of experience in Oracle (Fusion, EBS, OCI, Database) space- At least 3 implementation projects done in EBS- At least 3 implementation projects done in Fusion- Experienced in integration using Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI)- Having knowledge of latest release and all modules of Oracle ERP- Experience of interface with Surround ERP solution of Oracle- Having done the role of Pre-sales and Solution Architect- Managing project and project team - PMP/Prince2 Certified- Should be extrovert, outspoken with a flair for public speaking.- Good Communication (written & Verbal) and Presentation Skills are required.- Good command on English Language (ref:hirist.tech)
