Role Overview:
- The Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in integrating and optimizing Oracle-based processes, technologies, and financial modules. This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical expertise and business acumen to effectively collaborate across organizational departments, ensuring seamless integrations and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customer architects, functional consultants, finance teams, and senior management to deliver comprehensive Oracle integration solutions.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Oracle R12 modules.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBusiness Suite Expense module.
- Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL-based solutions, including customizations and interfaces.
- Execute Oracle Middleware integrations, ensuring robust and seamless data flows between Oracle systems and external applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of technical architecture for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources.
- Work with solution architects to enhance integration methodologies and implement industry best practices.
- Provide functional and technical expertise within Oracle financial modules, notably P2P and Expense.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Techno-Functional roles.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 P2P and Expense modules.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Extensive experience implementing and managing Oracle Middleware solutions using OIC.
- Demonstrated project delivery experience, ideally within finance and procurement domains.
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Experience with integration tools and technologies (Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs).
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle Database, PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Oracle Cloud).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively advocate for and align technical solutions with customer and organizational objectives.
