Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end OTM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
  
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices to facilitate continuous improvement, rapid deployment, and robust system maintenance.
  
• Analyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes to drive cost efficiency and service excellence.
  
• Design and execute web services and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between OTM and external platforms.
  
• Utilize Integration Manager and BI Publisher tools to configure reports, dashboards, and data exchange mechanisms.
  
• Provide high-level production support, troubleshooting, and configuration management to maintain system stability and performance.
  

• Proven experience with full lifecycle Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations.
  
• Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks and DevOps principles within a software delivery context.
  
• Solid background in logistics operations and supply chain management processes.
  
• Expertise in developing and managing web services and complex system integrations.
  
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Manager and BI Publisher for reporting and configuration tasks.
  
• Demonstrated capability in OTM production support, including system configuration, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
  
• Industry experience in IT Services with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work history.
