Order and Contract Specialist (German Language)

As SAP Gold Partner, Service Now Specialist and Click partner (by Salesforce), we offer consulting services, software development, quality assurance services and system integration based on standard components and products, as well as support & application management. By implementing best-practice solutions while optimizing their processes we help our customers to be successful in tomorrow's world.

• Contract management in SAP.
• Creating customer contracts and add-ons in ByD, e.g., customer books basic package (not licenses)
• Invoice schedules, when invoices are sent to customers
• Invoicing (SAP invoices) to customers
• Orders for SAP invoices + booking against these orders
• Customers purchase basic packages with a number, user, start and end date
• Intercompany billing, these are the hours colleagues work, classic project billing
• Contact with customers, partners, and customers, it's about contracts
• Support for month-end closing reports 
• Close collaboration with Finance on customer invoices.
• Experience in Accounts Payable is a plus.

• Around 3 years of experience working in Order and Contract management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good at multi-tasking
• Attention to details and technicalities in tracking, tracing and follow ups as required by project teams.
• Good command of German language is a must (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
