Order fulfillment (RMA)-Logistic Coordinator

Order Fulfillment Coordinator shall be responsible for:

•     Managing RMA repairs.

•     Managing imports & export of RMA units.

•     Monitoring Customs processes & Govern the Global RMA.

•     Partner monitoring & Governance.

•     Reporting to management with progress, pendency & Alerts

Person should have understanding of the Processes defined in Oracle & should have knowledge to collate with Physical Transaction of Receiving & Shipping of Items that shall include Finished Goods or Raw materials.

Person should have knowledge about Electronics repairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in commerce /engineering
• Diploma/MBA in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management
• Expertise on productivity tools such as Excel/Power Bl is mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 Years
• Knowledge of Oracle /SAP,
• Exposure with Export/Import processes
• Logistics Operations - Proven understanding of transactional systems and processes. Oracle Ap background must.
• Understanding of warehousing, Logistics Services with exposure to transportation and associated taxation.

Skills:

• Positive energy with initiative and team player. Good verbal & written English.
• Well verse/Confident in dealing with foreign nationals Global Customer/Colleagues.
• Be Passionate for Operations with relevant experience in Order Management, Customer Support Services.
• Self-driven, with a collaborative approach with the ability to build and strengthen relationships.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detailing and ability to shine under compressed timelines.
• Adaptable, flexible, and open-minded to work in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment that undergoes constant change.
