Order Management

Perform day to day Product Order Management Business Tasks: Support requirements in shipment, post booking support, and order creation. Manage specific assigned BU/Regional Shipments in a timely manner to meet on-time delivery and revenue recognition. Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met. Handle customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and fax Generate reports & track orders, opportunities, booking and shipment. Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers. Develop strong knowledge of AMAT products. Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Strong knowledge about Order to Cash, Order Mgt and Sales Operation processes. Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations. 7-9 Years B. Com, B.B.M, B. A, B.sc and M. Com, MBA MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP (CRM & ERP)
