Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesJob Summary: \n\nResponsible for answering queries and resolving customer issues through inbound calls and emails within a given TAT \n\nBroad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables: \n\n\u2022 Attend to calls and emails from customers.
