Order Management Specialist

Your Mission

As an Order Management Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Sales Controlling team, ensuring that orders, invoicing activities, and operational requests are processed accurately and efficiently.

As part of Operational Controlling, you will work closely with Sales, Connectivity and Finance team. You will coordinate operational activities, manage workflow tasks, and help ensure the smooth execution of our order-to-cash processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational processes, billing activities and business systems while contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, amendments and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner


• Support monthly billing activities and assist with revenue reporting processes


• Manage and execute operational requests received from the Connectivity team


• Coordinate and complete assigned tasks through workflow management tools such as Asana


• Maintain customer, order and contract data in Salesforce and other internal systems


• Support the resolution of billing, order and contract-related discrepancies


• Collaborate closely with Sales, Connectivity and Finance team to ensure operational requests are completed efficiently


• Monitor assigned task queues and ensure timely completion of activities


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and controls


• Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Operational Controlling team

Your Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Order Management, Order to Cash, Billing Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar role


• Strong organizational and administrative skills


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills


• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required as this role involves daily collaboration with international teams and stakeholders


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel


• Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across different teams


• Ability to work independently while operating within established processes and controls

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP platforms


• Experience with Asana or similar workflow management tools


• Experience in the IT, networking, telecommunications, or software industry


• Good understanding of invoicing, billing, and order-to-cash processes
