Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) Developer with strong expertise in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ORMB development, customization, and implementation, along with a solid understanding of healthcare billing and revenue management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) applications.


• Work on ORMB configurations, algorithms, business services, batch processing, and integrations.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.


• Develop and maintain interfaces between ORMB and third-party applications/systems.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ORMB application performance.


• Support healthcare billing workflows, claims processing, payment management, and revenue cycle management.


• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support activities.


• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ORMB development and implementation.


• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).


• Mandatory experience in the Healthcare domain.


• Good understanding of healthcare billing, claims, payer/provider systems, and revenue cycle processes.


• Experience with ORMB framework components such as Business Objects, Business Services, Algorithms, Plug-ins, Batch Jobs, and UI customization.


• Strong SQL/PLSQL and database knowledge.


• Experience in system integration and API-based interfaces is preferred.


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
