Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
  
• Plan and execute surgical interventions including joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder), arthroscopic procedures, spine surgeries, and fracture fixation.
  
• Manage complex cases involving trauma, spine deformities, osteoporosis -related fractures, and bone tumors.
  
• Provide specialized care for sports injuries, pediatric orthopedic conditions, and hand, foot, and ankle disorders.
  
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to develop integrated treatment plans.
  
• Utilize advanced imaging modalities (X -ray, MRI, CT) for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  
• Participate in on -call rotations and emergency trauma response as required.
  
• Engage in continuous medical education and contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
  
• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, residents, and interns in orthopedic clinical and surgical training.
  

Requirements

• MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (DNB, MS Ortho, or equivalent).
  
• Minimum of 1 year of post -qualification clinical and surgical experience in a hospital or specialty center.
  
• Proven expertise in Trauma Surgery, Joint Replacement (Hip/Knee/Shoulder), Arthroscopy, Spine Surgery, and Fracture Fixation.
  
• Demonstrated experience in managing Sports Injuries, Pediatric Orthopedics, Bone Tumor Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot & Ankle Surgery, Spine Deformity Correction, and Osteoporosis Management.
  
• Strong surgical dexterity, decision -making ability, and patient communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in using modern orthopedic surgical equipment and digital health systems.
  
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and active license to practice.
  
• Commitment to ethical standards, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a high -pressure, team -oriented environment.
