Requirements:

MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (MS Ortho or DNB Ortho) from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, with substantial hands-on experience in spine surgery, TKR, and THR.
Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes in complex joint replacement and spinal procedures.
Expertise in minimally invasive techniques, navigation systems, and robotic-assisted surgery (preferred).
Strong understanding of biomechanics, implant selection, and long-term joint preservation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) and a recognized surgical license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment with high standards of professionalism and patient safety.
Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency surgical interventions as required.
