A rapidly expanding healthcare provider in India, we deliver world-class orthopedic care—specializing in joint replacements, trauma surgery, sports injuries, and pediatric orthopedics. Our mission is to restore mobility and quality of life through advanced surgical techniques, precision diagnostics, and patient-centered rehabilitation programs. We are expanding our surgical team to meet growing clinical demand across tier-1 and tier-2 cities. Role & Responsibilities

• Perform complex orthopedic procedures including total knee/hip replacements, spine surgeries, fracture fixation, and arthroscopic interventions.


• Lead pre-operative evaluations, surgical planning, and post-operative care coordination with multidisciplinary teams.


• Diagnose musculoskeletal disorders using clinical exams, imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) and lab diagnostics to determine optimal surgical or non-surgical paths.


• Supervise junior surgeons and residents, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and surgical safety checklists.


• Collaborate with physiotherapists, pain management specialists, and prosthetists to design personalized recovery plans.


• Contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives—track surgical outcomes, minimize infection rates, and drive patient satisfaction metrics.

• DNB Orthopedics


• MS Orthopedics


• FCPS Orthopedics


• DDM Orthopedics


• AO Trauma Certification


• Arthroscopy Certification


• Joint Replacement Certification


• Spine Surgery Certification

Preferred

• Experience in minimally invasive techniques


• Previous leadership role in surgical department


• Publications or active involvement in orthopedic research
