Job Description - Outbound Sales Specialist (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist (Remote). This role is essential for driving sales growth and building relationships with clients across various sectors. You'll be a key player in our mission to expand outreach and engagement, utilizing both remote work and in-person interactions. Your contributions will directly impact our partner's capacity to connect with startups, SMEs, and enterprises, fostering a community of lasting professional partnerships.

Accountabilities

    • Drive outbound sales through in-person meetings, demos, and events
    • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprises
    • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from outreach and demo to negotiation and closure
    • Represent our brand on the ground as a trusted and passionate advocate
    • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine playbooks and scale revenues
    • Organize small meetups, networking sessions, and closed-door events to build community and pipeline

Requirements

    • 4–7 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS (bonus if in HR Tech or FinTech)
    • A consistent record of achieving and exceeding targets
    • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
    • A proactive, go-getter mindset — you take ownership and make things happen
    • Comfortable spending most of your time meeting people in person
    • Someone who thrives in the exciting (and sometimes ambiguous) world of early-stage startups.
