Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our educational programs and enhance our institution's visibility/branding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote educational programs, events, and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall institutional goals.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, brochures, and press releases.
- Manage and update the institution's website and social media accounts to ensure current and accurate information.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and print materials.
- Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute digital marketing & print media campaigns and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and report on key metrics.
- Event Promotion and Coordination:
- Promote and support the planning of institutional events, such as open house and webinars.
- Develop promotional materials and strategies to increase event attendance and engagement.
- Participate in institutional visits and educational fairs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any degree in Marketing / Communications/ Business / or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or service sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video production.
