Hiring Immediately OutReach Manager/Business Development Executive

Job Description

Drive student enrolment growth through business development and outreach initiatives.

Build relationships with schools, community organizations, students, and parents.

Represent the organization at recruitment events, fairs, and community engagements.

Manage leads and partnerships using CRM tools.

Achieve enrolment and business development targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship -building skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analysis.

Self -motivated with a passion for education and community engagement.

Willingness to travel and attend occasional evening or weekend events.

Experience

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, outreach, or admissions, preferably in the education sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment, sales, or growth targets.

Experience building partnerships and engaging diverse stakeholders.

Salary Offered : 40k to 50k

School Timings: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
