Outreach Manager-International

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager – School 
Outreach at the organization, based in Mumbai. The role focuses on engaging with high 
schools to promote international educational opportunities, coordinating outreach activities, 
organizing events, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to support 
student recruitment initiatives.
The position requires regular travel to different cities to facilitate meetings and support 
events.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and target high schools in key cities/regions for university tours and virtual 
events.
• Research and connect with relevant high school contacts to schedule meetings and 
visits, sharing tour materials and communications.
• Support and execute organisation projects across various regions, including in-person 
and virtual events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
• Contribute toward achieving team goals for event success and engagement.
• Oversee and host visits for university partners and accompany them during school 
engagements when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience in 
networking or partnership building within the higher education sector).

Work Experience:
• 3–6 years of experience in student outreach, recruitment, or educational counseling.
• Candidates from non-education backgrounds may apply if they have experience in 
customer-facing roles or outreach.
SKILLS:
Required:
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and event-planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with the latest 
AI tools and technologies is highly valued.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends or across time zones.
• Open to travel (mandatory), with willingness to visit target cities as needed to 
support and organize events.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of the education system, college admissions process, and high school 
curricula.
• Ability to use social media platforms effectively for networking and outreach.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders in the education sector.
