Job Description - Package Consultant Workday Integrations

Hiring Alert – Package Consultant – Workday Integrations | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Role: Package Consultant – Workday Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integration solutions.

Key Requirements:

â Workday Integrations Certification (Preferred)

â Workday Studio Certification is highly preferred

â Strong hands -on experience with Workday Studio

â Experience with Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Orchestrations

â Expertise in Workday Web Services (REST & SOAP)

â Experience building integrations with third -party payroll vendors using PICOF/PECI

â Strong knowledge of XSLT development, Calculated Fields, and Advanced Reporting

â Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex integration solutions

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations

Build and support inbound and outbound integrations

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integration reliability

Support payroll and third -party vendor integrations

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Workday Integration experience

• Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience working in enterprise -scale Workday environments
