Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to drive solution excellence and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within packaged or cloud environments.
- Experience in managing integrations between diverse systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that balance technical requirements with business and vendor constraints.
- Skilled in overseeing release management processes to deliver reliable and high-quality software updates.
- Competence in collaborating with multiple teams to address complex technical challenges and drive consensus.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
