Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Architect, you will engage in the design of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient Software as a Service solutions that align with enterprise architecture. Your typical day will involve applying SaaS principles, such as multi-tenancy and modularity, while defining customization limits and guiding platform use to ensure optimal performance and maintainability. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the organization and its clients, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and design principles.
- Experience in developing and deploying applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficient in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
