Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features and manage releases. You will ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience with data modeling and report creation in Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for SaaS applications.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and customize applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
