Packaging Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packaging operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
  
• Monitor packaging activities to ensure accuracy in filling, labeling, sealing, and batch coding.
  
• Ensure packaging is carried out as per SOPs, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
  
• Allocate manpower effectively and monitor team productivity.
  
• Maintain daily packaging reports, production records, and packaging material consumption.
  
• Ensure proper handling and storage of finished goods and packaging materials.
  
• Monitor packaging machines and coordinate with the maintenance team for any breakdowns.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
  
• Train packaging operators on work procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.
  
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
