Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Paid Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our acquisition campaigns across performance channels (Google, Meta, Affiliates, Programmatic) and play a key leadership role within our Growth team.
This is not just an execution-heavy role — we are looking for someone who can build and lead strategy, manage large monthly budgets independently, drive experimentation, and lead the team as we scale. Future team-building and cross-functional leadership are critical to this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own & Lead Paid Acquisition End-to-End
- Define the acquisition roadmap across channels (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Own monthly performance budgets (₹30–70L/month+) and ROI targets.
- Design and execute a high-performance marketing funnel — ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, conversion optimization.
- Manage agency/partner relationships or internal execution.
2. Scale Campaigns for Growth
- Strategically test, learn, and scale winning campaigns with a data-first approach.
- Build scalable campaign frameworks for rapid user growth and retention.
3. Remarketing & Retention
- Lead remarketing strategy across all major platforms — audience segmentation, creatives, conversion tracking.
- Drive full-funnel thinking for acquisition + engagement + retention.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Deeply analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and user behavior.
- Build internal dashboards, reporting structures, and performance review cadences.
- Make data-backed recommendations and act quickly on performance insights.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Creative, Analytics, Tech, and Founders to drive aligned growth initiatives.
- Manage and mentor team members; help hire and grow a world-class growth team over time.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in B2C or consumer tech.
- Demonstrated success in managing large campaign budgets (₹30L+/month).
- Proven ability to build strategies and not just execute tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, App Campaigns, MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Branch), and GA4.
- Strong creative and funnel instincts — can work with design/content teams to guide effective ad assets.
- Analytical mindset — strong with Excel, dashboards, cohorts, attribution models.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation.
