Role Summary

We are Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale high-budget, multi-channel paid advertising programs for one of the largest technology companies in the world.
This role demands deep, hands-on paid media expertise combined with strong SEO and GEO knowledge. Candidates must understand how paid and organic growth strategies intersect at enterprise scale.
Paid media experience is non-negotiable.
SEO/GEO capability is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media (Primary Responsibility)

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
Programmatic / Display networks (as applicable)
Manage large advertising budgets with strict performance KPIs
Own full-funnel performance: awareness, acquisition, remarketing, and conversion
Drive continuous optimisation through testing (audiences, creatives, bids, landing pages)
Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
Deliver insights and recommendations based on performance data

SEO & GEO (Mandatory)

Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and execution
Keyword intent mapping across paid and organic channels
On-page SEO optimisation for paid landing pages
Understanding of technical SEO basics and site performance factors
GEO strategy experience: localisation, regional search behaviour, and market-specific optimisation
Ability to align paid media strategy with organic visibility and search demand

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
Proven experience managing large accounts and significant ad spends
Prior exposure to large enterprises or global technology brands
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models
SEO and GEO experience as an integrated part of performance strategy
Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset
Ability to work directly from client office in Bangalore
STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
