Job Description:
As an Eaton Palantir Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Palantir-based data pipelines, applications, integration and AI/ML solutions. You will implement robust data transformation workflows, ensuring high-performance and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate on setting best practices for data management, security, and governance in Palantir environments.   

•    Design, develop, and maintain Palantir-based data pipelines, applications, and integration solutions.
•    Implement robust data transformation workflows, ensuring high-performance and scalability.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
•    Collaborate on setting best practices for data management, security, and governance in Palantir environments.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Palantir data platforms and systems.
•    Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Palantir tools for maximum efficiency.
•    Learn and implement data modeling, integration, and data visualization techniques to support analytical efforts.
•    Support and maintain the full lifecycle of Palantir's data tools and related services.
•    Ensure compliance with data protection protocols.
•    Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and evaluate their potential applications
•    Develop testing and validation strategies to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and safety of Generative AI models in production.

Qualifications:

o    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 
o   Overall 5+ years of experience.

Skills:

o    Experience with artificial intelligence data science, machine learning engineering, or data analytics. 
o    Experience with implementing, testing, and fielding automation artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
 

Preferred Qualifications:
o    Familiarity with the latest Generative AI models, including a general understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
o    Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
o    Good understanding of Data Integration technologies.
o    Good understanding of API-First architecture.
o    Good understanding on enterprise data projects (data warehouses/master data management, others) with hands-on data analysis.
o    Experience with Agile and DevOps processes.
o    Must be able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs.
o    Good team player, self-motivating, and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
o    Ability to work independently and have knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle.
o    Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o    Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions."
