Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Pan Asian Chef to lead the Asian specialty kitchen of a luxury hotel in India. The ideal candidate will have strong South Asian roots and deep expertise across regional Asian cuisines, combined with high-end culinary experience and a passion for authentic yet modern presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Pan Asian culinary operations including menu creation, cooking, plating, and service coordination
  


• Lead preparation of specialised dishes including sushi, dim sum, wok-based stir-fries, and regional Asian classics
  


• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency, quality, and authentic flavours
  


• Monitor kitchen hygiene, HACCP compliance, stock control, and budgeting
  


• Interact with guests to personalise their dining experience and promote signature offerings
  


• Innovate seasonal menus while respecting traditional culinary techniques and heritage
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Asian cuisine with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  


• Proven expertise in wok cookery, sushi, dim sum, and varied Asian regional dishes
  


• Prior experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants preferred
  


• Strong understanding of cost control, kitchen safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  


• Skilled in team supervision, menu planning, and guest interaction
