| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1.Handle end-to-end P&C insurance claims processing with accuracy and within turnaround time. 2.Analyze, validate, and adjudicate insurance claims as per policy guidelines. 3.Interact with internal teams and clients for claim clarification or issue resolution. 4.Ensure compliance with client SLAs and quality benchmarks. 5.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency. 6.Maintain accurate documentation of claims processing activities. 7.Adhere to data privacy, regulatory, and company policies. 8.Participate in regular calibration sessions with the operations team. |
