Job Description

Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer -centric professionals to join our international voice process within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. This role is critical in delivering exceptional service experiences to global clients through inbound and outbound call interactions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and contributing to high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate, timely, and compliant information to resolve customer queries
  • Maintain consistent service quality and uphold customer satisfaction metrics
  • Adhere strictly to defined processes, compliance guidelines, and quality assurance standards
  • Accurately document call interactions and follow up on pending actions as required


Requirements

Requirements:
  • For Process Executive (PE – Entry Level):
    • 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to work effectively in a target -driven, high -volume environment
  • For Senior Process Executive (SPE – Mid -Level):
    • 1–4 years of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)
    • Proven track record in handling customer queries in insurance, banking, or related domains
    • Strong communication, problem -solving, and interpersonal skills
  • For Subject Matter Expert (SME – Senior -Level):
    • 5–9 years of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)
    • Deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance operations
    • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and process improvement capabilities

Notice Period

  • PE: Immediate joiners preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available and comfortable working during US shift hours

  • Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, performance -oriented environment with clear targets and accountability

Additional Details

Must -Have: 0–9 years of experience in International BPO (freshers welcome)
Location: Noida
Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Model: Work From Office
Shift: US Shift
