Document Management & Payments Processing. |

| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1.Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end P&C insurance processes (new business, renewals, endorsements, claims, billing). 2.Must have managed the FNOL / FROI Processes. 3.Monitor team productivity and provide regular performance feedback. 4.Act as a primary point of contact for client communications and escalations. 5.Participate in client calls, process reviews, and performance discussions. 6.Support transition and knowledge transfer activities for new processes. 7.Implement best practices for process improvement and operational efficiency. 8.Conduct quality audits and RCA (root cause analysis) for process errors. 9.Ensure documentation and SOPs are updated regularly. 10.Identify training needs and organize upskilling sessions for the team. 11.Mentor and coach team members to build domain expertise and soft skills. 12.Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. 13.Work closely with compliance and audit teams to mitigate risks. |
