In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting in activities across the employee life cycle for our plant sites

• Following company procedures in accordance with HR best practices and handling confidential information.

• Working alongside P&O partners & Consultants to ensure a positive employee experience for all employees in plants

• Driving key projects and automations by working closely with the teams to ensure effective and efficient work environment within Novonesis.

• Showcasing Responsibility to track and monitor key people data metrics by use of analytics & dashboards.

• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and data quality, documentation to ensure compliance with relevant legal and NN policy requirements.

• Providing ideas and participate in initiatives to harmonize, globalize and digitalize all people processes.

• Ensuring Statutory compliance, audit, documentation

To succeed you must hold:

• 2-4 years of experience HR support/payroll/operations

• Experience in monthly reporting, dashboards/MIS

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Analytics or proficiency in tools for dashboarding/ anayltics

• Delivering HR services with a high degree of customer orientation and an exemplary and proactive can-do attitude.

• Ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

• Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness.

• Demonstrated expertise in using Workday or similar HRIS tools.

• Embracing automation with a continuous improvement mindset
